Shipping policy

Sandmann Specialties sells digital plans which will be delivered via email. An email with a link to download instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after checkout is successfully completed. It is the customers responsibility to download and save or print the plans. The link to the download will be valid for five days or five download attempts after purchase is completed. All sales are final and returns are not accepted. If paper plans option is selected plans will be sent via USPS on the next business day.
